Piece description from the artist
I was so inspired by the beauty of the Golden Gate Bridge, I decided to paint it a second time, this time from the perspective of actually being on the bridge and driving across it. The absolutely exquisite brilliant blue sky and the bold and beautiful red bridge against it are captured here with the detail of the many cables painted free hand. I added my lighthearted touch with the whimsical pink car in the foreground of the painting and the bright yellow lights.
