Genii II

Piece description from the artist

The creative process for this artwork was both experimental and intuitive, characterized by a balance between deliberate actions and spontaneous exploration.

This piece, the second in the 'Genii' series, is a reflection of my creative process. l began with the emergence of sharp angles, which set the stage for what followed—random spheres that serve to contrast with the angular elements.

In the scope of my artistic practice, this artwork harmoniously aligns with my exploration of shapes, colours, and their interactions within abstract compositions. It represents a continued fascination with the interplay between structured elements and organic forms, culminating in a blend reminiscent of the essence of a landscape.

The colour palette for this artwork organically evolved to evoke the inherent vibrancy and diversity of natural landscapes. It skillfully melds earthy tones with vibrant hues, striking a delicate balance between boldness and subtlety. The inclusion of green, gold, blue, red, pink, and white contributes to a sense of depth and distance, transforming the canvas into an imaginative landscape that invites viewers to explore its dynamic beauty.
