Kenmore Square Boston

Piece description from the artist

A pen and ink drawing of the historic Citgo sign, towering over Kenmore Square in Boston, Massachusetts. The infamous sign is only a few blocks from Fenway Park, the home of the Red Sox. Players often joke about hitting homerun balls off of it (although it has never happened). To this day there are still debates as to whether the Citgo sign should be granted historic landmark status. Considering that it is an advertisement for a Venezuelan oil company, this is not likely to happen. But it lights up at night and illuminates all of Kenmore Square, and is truly part of Boston's nighttime skyline.
