The dredger Miss Katie dredging the Oregon Inlet on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. As the dredger passed under the bridge, my thought was to balance the ship with the two piers as it passed between them. The mist was getting heavy and was starting to defuse the light as the sun was setting.
